Do not buy the magic platform

The store I created with The Magic Platform still exists, like I wrote before, I got 2 orders without doing any marketing, the url is: www.grabaleatherjacket.com it is still active and I plan to make it better and still try to make it work

Don’t waste your money

I signed up for The Magic Platform with the understanding that they would walk me through how to establish an e-commerce store.

This company over promised and under delivered. The systems will guide you through how to purchase on AliExpress and drop ship to the buyer. This can be learned anywhere on the internet.

I have tried it for a year. The company will service your questions and is responsive by email but their is no way you can talk to them. The skype calls are cut and paste. You ask a question and they have a canned answer.

Even though the company services the platform they are not developing new addons. Unlike Shopify where they are in constant development, Magic Platform is out dated. It is not optimized and you will have trouble adding any google tools to it, like webmaster tools to track results.

There are many things wrong but once again they are over selling the patform.

Refund process

I bought The Magic Platform and was on the fence with keeping it UNTIL I saw all of these reviews. Thanks to everyone who posted their experience to prevent others from having the same long term issues (beyond the 30-day refund period where there is no turning back)!!! I submitted a refund request through the Clickbank platform support link (they use Clickbank to fulfill the order) and also directly sent magic platform support an email request asking for the refund. The Clickbank category I submitted was a "refund request", but then TMP changed the request to "tech support" and sent a generic "how can we help" type of message to me. I did not like that they changed the status of the request as I was NOT asking for tech support in the first place. I wanted a darn refund! I changed the status BACK to "refund request", again asking for a full refund ASAP. I waited more than 24 hours and NO response from them at all. I then called the 800# for Clickbank that was listed on the support page (800-390-****), spoke to a customer service agent and had them process the cancellation immediately and not have to wait for TMP support to respond. WTF with changing the status to "tech support" when I selected "refund request"? That is SHADY for them to change my original status to make it seem like it is really a tech support issue and not a refund request! Is this their trick to keep people's $997 and have the 30-day period then run out?? Maybe they are hoping people will not see this change of status and will get to keep their money. If you want a refund, just CALL Clickbank directly and do not even mess around with TMP support or go through the "submit a ticket" online process. I did not like being jerked around.

I bought the eCommerce website for $997 about a year ago and now my site stopped working. Their office hosting the website claim they can't help and sent me to TheMagicPlatform team. It's been a week since I emailed them requesting help with my problem but I haven't heard back. I sent another email and so far nothing! Don't trust these guys again, it's a waste of money. The support is very slow it is advertised as unlimited but everything you do including adding domains which I already own I must contact them in order to connect . That is not unlimited but annoying and cumbersome.

I just bought it a day ago. They sent me a email saying its set up, but it goes to dead error 500.

I have been trying to get in touch with them with no success.

If this happen after one day I can imagine the problems in the future. So I just started a paypal dispute since I cant get in touch with them.

System is hard to optimize

I have used this for a year and the search engines have not indexed it yet. I have put the google code from webmaster in it but still no action. I can’t put the webmaster tools code in it because I don;t host it and when I try to put th code in I can’t. This is not worth the money. Not to rehash but the 30 minute skype sessions are no voice just typing with the person on the other end, cut and pasting the answers. I can’t get my money back but to new people I think Shopify is better. Better known on google.

Advice for newbies. Not worth to buy magic platform!

The training is solid and I have enjoyed it. However as I progressed with automating my site I noticed that there were times that I could not log in. My Magic Platform Ecommerce store is still not in a state to go live after about a year. I have tried to launch a few times over the last year without success. Even with their so called support (half hour at a time on Skype chat only) they will not even share screens... I barely make money of my 3 web sites. The only thing I am trying to do is selling the site on flippa! Advice for newbies. Not worth to buy magic platform! Honestly I really like the program. I've learned a lot and I feel it has good potential. I don't want to give up on it No one can call them and when you need help, you have to have these mysterious 30-minute chat sessions (no voice or video allowed) and many of the support staff have trouble writing and understanding English. It's a HUGE waste of time AND money ...

Waiting for Refund

After purchasing and reviewing The Magic Platform limited training videos and cobbled-together interface, I sent a request to cancel. They quickly replied with a canned letter explaining their benefits asking to stay for the full 30-day trail—hoping I would forget the whole thing. I replied with a cancel and refund request. There are other highly reputable platforms out there which actually give a phone number and have people that can answer the phone as well have a video library stock full of marketing strategies for social media, Google and much, much more. Search the internet for other platforms. Anyway, I have not heard back from them at this time. I have sent three more cancelation and refund requests and no reply... I'm still waiting and have submited an official PayPal case for a refund.

Bad experience: The Magic Platform.

2/2/2018 I purchased the product a week and a half ago and was a bit optimistic at first because there seemed to be a legitimate step by step process with live one on one coaching from Paul himself as well as his experienced coaches. He also promises to walk with and guide his students until they are making money. In the webinar he boasts how quickly and seamlessly the system is to set up. Unfortunately, I have been burned by many clever internet marketers claiming to teach how to start and run a legitimate online business with no experience and no personal products. I need to make something clear right now. I have been self employed most of my adult life. I know there is no fast way to riches and that is not at all what I was looking for. My first business cost my 97k but the day I signed the note, I put my business to work making money. I worked that business for 15 years as a semi truck owner operator. In 2014 I started training for a home based business as a franchise broker. I spent several thousand dollars learning and operating the business and it paid off. My point is that I know it takes an investment of time and money to start and operate any business and I have worked my fare share of 85-90 hour weeks in 5 days. so I am not afraid to sit at a desk and read and write, as you can tell from the time I am putting into this review. I have been aware that there are many thousands of people killing it on line for many years and there are some systems that need to be in place that make the business less time consuming once set up and the time spent to build loyal customers. I have scoured the internet looking for a true mentor or a business in a box with proper training since 2009 and have been led down every slick rabbit hole out there. You would think I would learn. I always disregarded any claim to fame and went right for what the business is but in order to learn what you have to do and how you make money, you have to pull out your wallet. This time it seemed like he was actually telling the audience what they would do and they had the systems and would help set them up and teach how to use them. There was some language spoken and a more calm approach so I didn't feel like he was selling hype. I invested in the program and started my training right away. I went through all of the modules and followed the directions step by step. by the time I was in a position to make my first coaching skype call, the appointments were 3 days out. Mind you it was supposed to take 24 hours or less to get up and running and 15 minutes to a half hour per day to maintain. now I am a week and a half into this and had my first coaching appointment on skype. This session was text messaging back and fourth on skype, not a video call like I expected. I am supper slow at typing and had I not spent the last year as a student through a couple different courses, I would have been complete screwed. This is not for someone that is a beginner at all. Since I am not a fast typist and I really am not tech savvy, the appointment was useless to me. I was unable to get the questions I wrote down for the call answered. It is Friday so I will have to wait until next week for my next appointment. This is completely unacceptable to me. I have spent several hours going through the training modules and setting up the systems and my site is not ready to go live. Honestly If I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to set up and the one on one training would be texting on skype and not a live call, I may have still considered it and prepared myself differently. However since there was dishonesty, I am dissatisfied and want a full refund of my investment like he says they guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with this product within the first 30 days, we will refund your money no questions asked. The right thing to do. Refund my $997.00 investment I have not yet reached out to them, but from what I have read here, it seems like I have been taken for a ride again. I hope they prove me wrong. I will be happy to post a good result if they do.

Maybe I will look it over again when I have more time, but if you have not purchased, "DON'T" if you did, join the rest of us and accept that you made a mistake and move on. I have since found several legitimate training programs with all of the tools and products needed to start and build an online business of your own without big upfront costs. Simple, the support promised was not there. It was not about making money fast to me.

It was about being trained properly with live suppprt that I was convinced of and there was not sufficient support at all.Of course if you read my whole review, you would know I wasn't looking for financial results fast. I was looking for legitimate training and support which this system boasts and fails to deliver.I have gone through a different program since and have not made any money, but I have Been going through a step by step training to set up and build a sustainable online business of my own.My website and some of my articles are ranking nicely in Google. Better than I can say for the site I had professionally built for me four years ago and hosted by people that claimed they would get me ranked in Google. Never happened.The training and support promised is there and all of the tools are simply plugins anyone can use for a WordPress site or ecommerce website.

They delivered what they promised and I am not complaining about not making money 4 months into it because I know I am building a business of my own that aligns with my values and best practice.The only limitation with the training I am in now would be the limitations I set on myself.Fact. Magic Platform is less than promised and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

The Magic Platform is a total nightmare!

I got sucked in by the sales pitch of being able to build unlimited shopping websites and unlimited Facebook stores to use for my own e-commerce business or to sell to others. It cost me $1,000 and hundreds of hours of my time to try to get even one of these websites up and running and by the time I cut my losses I was nowhere close to having even one store where people could actually buy things. Their tutorials are terrible and contradict each other. They think no one else has heard of Ali Express, they force you to use it and then the Magic Platform system loads the products into your store in a way that customers have no way to choose color or size options! Just awful. Their customer support is the worst I've ever seen for a program that costs that much. No one can call them and when you need help, you have to have these mysterious 30-minute chat sessions (no voice or video allowed) and many of the support staff have trouble writing and understanding English. It's a HUGE waste of time AND money ... and they're holding the websites I own hostage! Run as fast as you can from The Magic Platform.

Don't buy it. I purchased it in January 2018 with 30 days money back guaranteed. When i asked for my money back they start cheating with my email *** and not responding till guarantee was over. Some cheap guys are running it who's mission is to take your money without fullfilling their promise.

Bad, bad experiences

Been with them over a year and their support is practically useless. Don't know where they are getting their experts from but kept reffering back to somewhere for advice??

Been with them over a year and still having problems with page design with upload speed, overlapping text, page links not working, difficult for customers to navigate the site when purchasing. I could go on and on but all I can say is DO NOT BUY THIS ECCOMERCE STORE software and system it is not good. Oh! and I have not made one sale even after spending thousands of $$$ ££££ with an expert marketing company who have tried but recurring platform technical problems has produced a 100% bounce rate.

They visit then leave. Even my grand daughters say the site does not work.

1 Year On And Still Major Problems with my Magic Platform store.

My Magic Platform Ecommerce store is still not in a state to go live after about a year. I have tried to launch a few times over the last year without success. Even with their so called support( half hour at a time on Skype chat only) they will not even share screens to resolve it once and for all and they still cannot sort it out. Although I am still trying as I paid $997 take my advice and stay clear of them it is an experience you will want to forget. They promise you everything and cannot get the store to work properly after about a year with recurring issues.

Magic Platform Woes

I signed up for this program at beginning of 2017. It seemed like a promising program.

The training is solid and I have enjoyed it. However as I progressed with automating my site I noticed that there were times that I could not log in. I reached out to customer service. Yes, they do take about 24 hrs to respond but the times I've reached out to them they've been helpful and my issues have been resolved.

The response I had was that they were updating the platform. I have been able to log in now. However, now there's another issue. I cannot access any of the products on my site.

Anytime I click on a product to purchase I get a error 404 message. Therefore I cannot access my site products or make any changes to my site. I reached out to customer service 12 hrs ago. I'm curious to see what the issue is.

Honestly I really like the program. I've learned a lot and I feel it has good potential. I don't want to give up on it. If these are just bugs that need to be fixed, I'm willing to wait it out a bit but I must agree that it is frustrating not being able to move forward.

In the meantime I will make good use of my time and continue to watch the training videos and take notes. Once everything is back up I will be able to implement things quicker.

Don't sign up with The Magic Platform

I signed up to use an online software program called The Magic Platform. Once I logged in I realized it was poorly put together.

I immediately sent an email to the support email asking for a refund. when I signed up the website claimed I had 30 days to request a refund. I have emailed them several times and they have ignored my request. I will be contacting the BBB, My elected officials, local newspaper and anyone else who will listen to me.

Do not work with this company they don't honor there refund statement. If anyone else has had problems with them we should get together and start a class action lawsuit against them.

Magic Platform ... Poor Customer Service

I've been a customer for one week. I've reached out to them 3x by email, as it is the "only" way to supposedly reach them as no phone number is given.

They are not replying. I was not able to get past the first step in lesson one because their server froze up during the set up. I have no way to unlock it as it is stuck where I left off. They promised 24/7 support.

After signing in to the contact link I note first they are closed Sat. and Sun. (how convenient when I have the most time to work on it at that time). I sent the request for help in on Friday night.

It's now Thurs of the following week and no one has gotten back to me. They say, do not send in multiple requests for help as it just slows the response time down. The special price was suppose to end on that evening. However so far, they have sent me emails for 3 different additional webinars "in case" I missed the first one.

You can go on any time and get the same "special". It's not really 'special'. They are all about taking your money, that is so obvious. I've read the other person's message about asking for a refund during the first 30 days (no questions asked) and he has gotten no where, so I am hoping my credit card company can help me out on this.

I've since investigated them further and have seen some of their websites. Their server has a very slow response time. It spins and spins just to go to the next page. Looks like you can only have 20 products per link.

I'm just not seeing any thing like I expected. Please others with poor experience...contact each other and lets see if we can do anything as a group.

I have not been happy with The Magic Platform. If you want to do something with other similarly situated, you may always resort to a class action lawsuit with others similarly situated.
